Editorial standards

Accuracy, independence, and useful disagreement.

Our job is to make software decisions clearer—not manufacture certainty where it does not exist.

Sourcing

We prefer current primary vendor documentation for pricing, plan structure, product capabilities, and affiliate terms. Third-party reviews can provide context but are not treated as authoritative for a vendor-controlled fact.

Recommendations

Recommendations are conditional. We explain the buyer profile and operating conditions that make a product more or less suitable instead of declaring one CRM universally best.

Corrections

If a material fact is wrong or outdated, we correct it and update the page. Readers and vendors can submit corrections through the contact page; commercial relationships do not receive a different correction standard.

Affiliate relationships

Affiliate status does not determine inclusion. Non-affiliate products can be recommended, and affiliate products can be excluded or criticized when they are a poor fit.

AI-assisted production

Automation can assist research organization and drafting, but factual claims still require editorial review and source verification. We do not publish mass-generated vendor claims without checking them.
